Cecilia is one of Moccamori's minions and her right-hand in Witch Spring 4. Although she joined Moccamori's entourage some time before the events of the game, she is unlocked at the end of Chapter 1: Little Queen Moccamori.
Appearance[]
Cecilia is a half-blooded deity with light brown skin and pink eyes. The deilty's rabbit-like ears are considerately shorter than her fellow witch friends. The markings under her eyes indicate that she is one of Agamo's descendants, like Moccamori and Varon. She wears a a black and lilac-colored dress.
Personality[]
Cecilia, while appearing completely loyal and caring to Moccamori and her minions, is shown to be quite the opposite character. Her true personality is manipulative, cunning and sometimes even brash, as she will do anything to gain more power.

Cecilia uses bombs to deal wide-range damage to her enemies, and uses the Eye of Agamo to either attack all enemies or blast a single target. She is quick and sneaky, easily planting bombs onto her opponents without them noticing.
