Fairy's Haven is located in Ürphea, to the north of Corrupted Varnado. It is unlocked during Chapter 3: A Perilous Intruder event - Fairy's Spring. There are no items or enemies found in this location.
Currently, this location is the only known fairy haven. The location has magical properties that has allowed it to resist the corruption that overtook the rest of Varnado (besides Varnado Garden, which is also under the fairies' protection).
