Reputation, also called Fame, is a gameplay mechanic in certain Witch Spring games that affects endings.
- In Witch Spring 1:
- Fame can be acquired by helping humans in side events. It can be lost by choosing to ignore them, or by attacking the Warriors near Lalaque Village.
- Affects the following endings: "Notorious Black Witch", "Pieberry's Reign", and "A peaceful day".
- For more information, see Witch Spring 1/Endings.
- In Witch Spring 2:
- Reputation can be earned by helping humans and by clearing certain side events.
- There is only 1 event where you can lose Reputation, and all other events will make you gain Reputation.
- For more information, see Witch Spring 2/Endings#Reputation Events.
- Witch Spring 3 does not have a Reputation mechanic.
- In Witch Spring 4:
- Reputation can be earned by helping humans and by clearing certain side events.
- You usually get one "cruel" and one "kind" option. Occasionally, you are also given a "neutral" option.
- Your reputation will affect Moccamori's title and the Reputation ending illustration, but not the story.
- For more information, see Witch Spring 4/Endings#Reputation Events.
