Witch Spring 1 uses a 100-day timer that passes by a 24-hour clock. Your ending depends on what Pieberry accomplishes within 100 days. (There are nine total endings; three for completing the main story, four for not completing the main story, and two with special conditions that end the story regardless of the 100-day timer.)

Time passes by crafting items, exploring the world, training, and completing certain events. However, because you can only see the time by returning home or using a Tent to sleep, this may make it difficult to figure out the most efficient way to pass your time.

Crafting[edit | edit source]

All hours required are listed on the far right column of the table. (They will be added to this page once all hours are added; crafting times are still being verified.)

Notably, crafting will not put you over the 100-day mark and trigger an ending. For example, crafting an 80-hour item on Day 98 will take you to Day 100 but will not cause an ending cutscene to play.

Tips and Tricks[edit | edit source]

  • True min-maxers will want to save scum if they even make a single misstep; save slots are your best friend!
  • Just because a crafted statbooster has higher values doesn't mean it's more efficient. At the same time, just because it's time-efficient doesn't mean it's the most practical option.

Mathematical Calculations[edit | edit source]

This section is a nitty-gritty mathematical look at which statboosters give you the biggest gains relative to hours, and sometimes Gold, spent.

However, these will vary greatly for the individual player's RNG, and is further complicated by the fact that WS1 maps have at least two sets of enemy/item placement, so you may not get the same amount of items each time.

MAG Boosters[edit | edit source]

Disclaimer: There is a lot of variables in this calculation that are too difficult to account for, such as how much Gold you have acquired and how long that took. This purely looks at item collection and crafting times, assuming that you got exactly the right drops on first try. (Which usually does not happen.)

- - Hunt for Rabbit Liver ×4 2 - -
- - Return to South Island (required for Rabbit Poop/Rabbit Meat quota) 1 - -

Total Gold Spent: 6000
Total Hours Spent: 39
Total Gold Spent: 2400
Total Hours Spent: 44
Total Gold Spent: 0

* Rough estimate of 5 turns to defeat Narrel for a more "realistic" time for the average player, but this amount will vary based on player strength and luck with crits.

Overall, a combination of crafting Klarates Leaf and consuming Kreytes Leaf directly is the most practical course of action. Narrel MAG Stew is the cheapest option, but is ultimately the least practical as it requires a lot of RNG, takes the most time to craft, and can only be obtained about halfway through the main story.

AGI Booster[edit | edit source]

Most Efficient AGI Stat Booster
Fast-Fast-Feathers ×3 (+9 AGI Total) Ultra-Fast-Fast-Feather ×1 (+10 AGI)
Activity Hrs Activity Hrs
Teleport to Elysion Temple 2 Teleport to Elysion Temple 2
Enter Elysion Plains 1 Enter Elysion Plains 1
Defeat Ugly Bird ×6 6 Defeat Ugly Bird ×4 4
Defeat Big Ugly Bird ×3 3 Defeat Big Ugly Bird ×2 2
Enter and exit Golem Cave (make birds respawn) ×2 4 Enter and exit Golem Cave (make birds respawn) ×1 2
Teleport home 1 Teleport home 1
Craft Fast-Fast-Feather ×3 18 Craft Fast-Fast-Feather ×2 12
- - Craft Ultra-Fast-Fast-Feather ×1 20
Total Hours Spent: 35 Total Hours Spent: 44

Ultra-Fast-Fast-Feathers look good on paper, but the hefty 20 hour crafting time ultimately makes them slightly less efficient than consuming Fast-Fast-Feathers directly.
